Here we go again... Here's the plan... Run 2 a days 3 times a week. Increase mileage each month until I am running 13 mi. each day. Saturday long runs will start at 8 mi. and increasing till I put in at least 5 20-22 milers. I'm starting today with a morning run of 4.7, then another 3 mi. this afternoon.
My goal is another SGM PR. Under 2:48.
