6 mi. Treadmill. Ran pretty even pace till the last half mile. Then kicked it up to 5:10 pace to see if I could make the old legs run that fast. Guess what, they still can.

I ran out Pioneer Pkwy to SC Pkwy and back. Had some tight glutes today. 8.05 mi. at 6:48 pace. Didn't loosen up to well until the last mile. I have been biking 10-16 miles a day on the stationary, that probably accounts for the tightness.

Nice run down Utah Hill with Bill, Steve, Clyde, Mike and James. I haven't run that far since SGM 2008. I am feeling it. I didn't take any powergel. Big mistake for me! I'm glad to get those miles under my belt. Thanks for the ride Mike.
