Ran out past the cemetary then down into Santa Clara. The took the dirt road up to the water tank and over the top. It was a fun tough and slow run. Lots of hills. It was a fun challenge!
PM ran 5 on the treadmill and biked a couple to split up the run.6:45 ave for the run.

| I ran out Pioneer Pkwy to SC Pkwy and back. Had some tight glutes today. 8.05 mi. at 6:48 pace. Didn't loosen up to well until the last mile. I have been biking 10-16 miles a day on the stationary, that probably accounts for the tightness. | Add Comment |
